The development team at AVDS has taken the AVDS IVR Visualizer to the next level by adding the most requested feature, Microsoft Visio Export, utilizing Aspose.Diagram for .NET from Aspose. This new feature allows the exporting of the Genesys PureConnect platform IVR call flows into an easy to manipulate Visio diagram. Genesys PureConnect (formerly Interactive Intelligence CIC) Administrators can now complete bulk exports from multiple call flows, gain deeper insight into IVR functionality and flow, and maintain the IVR with ease.
Visio export capabilities were a key component of the IVR Visualizer road-map and integration with Aspose.Diagram for .NET was our path to success. By leveraging the CLR api we were able to take our existing work of mapping and diagramming the call flows and quickly integrate this new functionality with minimal reworking. The built-in support of export capabilities of Aspose.Diagram for .NET allowed us to focus on the data instead of the Visio format.
