- When you call into the AVDS Support line, all calls are answered by a Genesys Certified technician with 5+ years of tenure. This includes our after hours emergency line. We do not use answering services to handle our customers.
- When you email AVDS Support or access our online Support Portal, your ticket is automatically generated and immediately assigned to one of the same certified technicians. Our tier 1 support is unmatched in knowledge and experience. This leads to much faster resolution times.
- AVDS relies upon the manufacturer for support in less than 10% of all tickets in support and professional services combined. This includes R&D tickets from our developers. As a long standing Genesys Gold Partner, AVDS is skilled at first call resolution.
