Our Technical Support Team delilvers ‘deliberately different’ service beyond the initial implementation.

AVDS has earned Interactive Intelligence’s highest honor for technical support (AVDS was awarded Support Partner-2011).  An overview of our Technical Support services and what AVDS delivers to our valued Customers:

  • Technical Support is engaged early during a new customer implementation, to understand the customer’s unique platform, business needs, and be prepared post-implementation to deliver streamlined services
  • Technical Support engages in weekly meetings “as a team” to review outstanding tickets and collaborate to resolve issues
  • Technical Support employees meet the most rigorous training requirements on all products offered by AVDS
  • AVDS delivers to new customers a Technical Services Handbook–a 20-point guide for service requests, from emergency to regular maintenance–to help ensure a seamless process between services needed and services delivered
