Major Responsibilities / Activities:
Telephony administration, design, architect, development, predictive dialer, programming, CTI integration
SIP/VOIP/TDM
Ability to create, debug web applications in Visual Basic, C++/C#, ASP/ASP.net/C#,C#.net, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, MS SQL, MS ACCESS, or MYSQL.
Predictive Dialer (Interaction Scripter)
Handlers
Ability to manage, create, backup, and administration of MS SQL 2000/2005/2008, MYSQL, and ACCESS databases

Job Title: Senior Account Executive (Telephony)
Department & Team: Outside Sales

Location: Houston & Dallas,Texas

Job Summary:
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is primarily responsible for sales of the AVDS product portfolio.

Major Responsibilities / Activities:
Generate new leads through cold calling, business networking, referrals, and industry associations
Demonstrate the suite of Interactive Intelligence products to potential and existing customers.
Provide quotes and budgetary pricing to customers
Responsible for staying abreast of current technologies and industry trends.

Minimum Requirement:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to speak professionally to large audiences.
Ability to draft professional quotes and proposals
High attention to details.
Proficient in MS Windows-based platforms including servers and desktops.
In-depth knowledge of call center operations given additional consideration.
Proven ability to work as a member of a team to meet critical deadlines.
