Job Summary
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is primarily responsible for providing corporate and field demonstration/presentation to Prospects and Existing Customer Base. They will be responsible for achieving expertise across the Interactive Intelligence and Altigen product line.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Generate new Leads
- Demonstrate the suite of Interactive Intelligence and Altigen products to potential customers and existing customers.
- Provide Quotes and budgetary Pricing to Customers
- Responsible for staying abreast of current technologies and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak professionally to large audiences.
- Ability to draft Professional Quotes and Proposals
- High attention to details.
- Proficient in MS Windows-based platforms including servers and desktops.
- In-depth knowledge of call center operations given additional consideration.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team to meet critical deadlines.
