Telephony administration, design, architect, development, predictive dialer, programming, CTI integration
SIP/VOIP/TDM
Ability to create, debug web applications in Visual Basic, C++/C#, ASP/ASP.net/C#,C#.net, HTML, JAVASCRIPT, MS SQL, MS ACCESS or MYSQL.
Predictive Dialer (Interaction Scripter)
Handlers
Ability to manage, create, backup, and administration of MS SQL 2000/2005/2008, MYSQL, and ACCESS databases.

Job Title: Senior Account Executive (Telephony)

Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Generate new Leads
- Demonstrate the suite of Interactive Intelligence and Altigen products to potential customers and existing customers.
- Provide Quotes and budgetary Pricing to Customers
- Responsible for staying abreast of current technologies and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak professionally to large audiences.
- Ability to draft Professional Quotes and Proposals
- High attention to details.
- Proficient in MS Windows-based platforms including servers and desktops.
- In-depth knowledge of call center operations given additional consideration.
